SPECS is excited to welcome Eileen Egan, PE. She comes to us with a wide variety of experience ranging from Geotechnical Engineering, construction estimating, and design. Eileen has a BS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. She has 18 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction Industry. Eileen has Geotechnical Design experience ranging from feasibility studies to geotechnical investigations, inspections and design recommendations. She brings experience working for a local drilling contractor where she has managed geotechnical contracting projects from the bid and estimating phase through construction, always mindful of the project’s budget, schedule and quality needs.
At SPECS, Eileen will be responsible for bridge and retaining wall design and plan preparation, as well as supporting feasibility and type selection estimating efforts.
Eileen enjoys adventures with her three boys, reading, swimming, hiking, and travel.
