Mountain Lion Uses New Soft-Bottomed Arch Culverts near Griffith Park

After several years of planning, construction of the extension to the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Hollywood Hills is underway. Habitat conveyance was central to the project design, and two soft-bottomed arch culverts were built using precast concrete arch structures by SPECS. A recent visit to the tunnels showed fresh tracks.
